True Colours Industries - a brief history

True Colours Industries was conceived as a cable company in 1986 by it's owners whilst both worked for a local Hi-Fi dealers Norman Audio Ltd in Preston Lancashire. It's first product was an interconnect, TCI Cobra, very similar to TCI Tiger in construction technique, but essentially using similar core wire to the current TCI Cobra. This product was sold only through Norman Audio Ltd. TCI was however formed into a company in 1997 and have been trading since that date.

TCI started out with just 3 products, TCI Cobra, TCI Viper and TCI Python. All three were designed with ultimate audio quality as the primary objective. They were all so successful, that not only are they still in our current product line up, but they are still at the cutting edge of sonic quality. Since then we have steadily expanded our product range and manufacturing capacity, having to move to larger premises on two occasions.
